In 2009, the Jiangsu provincial Department of Education issued the Chinese course standard of five-year higher vocational education in Jiangsu Province, Chinese curriculum in higher vocational education reform has become the focus of people’s attention. Always attach importance to the teaching of Chinese in higher vocational students "read" and "write" ability, "says," has been the teaching of weaknesses, which limit the key qualities of higher vocational students raise. Oral expression teaching language courses through the literature review, investigation and analysis,summarized summary and other research methods, analytical thinking on the importance ofvocational oral expression teaching, method and content, from the rhetoric, the Chinese style of learningperspective oral expression teaching, research, and contribute to better organize the classroom teaching,teachers among the oral expression teaching to improve students’ oral expression. This article is divided into four parts. The first part is introduction, introduces the research background andsignificance of vocational oral expression teaching; The second part is the analysis of the change and the importance of oral expression teaching from the background of college teaching reform; The third part is from the perspective of rhetoric analysis of oral expression teaching rhetorical principles and common rhetoric devices; part fourth is mainly from the perspective of Chinese style of spoken teaching analysis and guidance, through a large number of examples, let the students in oral communication style has a certain understanding, so as to establish their own sense of style. The three or four part is the focus of the study, in order to improve the students’ oral communication ability.
