The National Implication Of The New Democratic Cultural View

Exploring the national development mode and future from the cultural aspect, was a significant feature in the study of Chinese modern history process. In modern China, there were different kinds of cultural view, meeting the need of the national and social development. In the context of the culture debate between China and Western countries in the half of the 20th century, the new-democratic culture outline had absolute predominance at last.The new-democratic cultural view, the accompaniment of new democratic revolution in 20 century, is the dialectical result and the scientific summary about the cultural debate between China and western countries, based on the sound theory rooting in the real situation, under the specific historical condition, which is the wisdom of CPC, the result of the combination of Marxism cultural theory and the Chinese cultural revolution and construction, and the theoretical about the first leap of Chinese advanced culture.There were six chapters. The paper chose the historical period from the New Culture Movement to the published of "Study on New Democracy", from the aspect of intellectual history. The second chapter, introduced the cultural background of The Communist Party of China. Then, the theory about nationality and modernity of mainstream culture faction. The third chapter analyzes The Communist Party of China people’s cultural consciousness and cultural concern before and after new culture movement. The fourth chapter analyzes the Marxist treat the basic position of traditional culture. Article focus of the fifth part is the full text, using the method of literature analysis, historical analysis and the reason analysis of grasp new democratic cultural view of the concrete connotation of "national significance", in the hope of a preliminary issue in the relationship between cultural nationality and modernity.The Chinese Communists could not have created a new national culture, also can’t be out of the modern Chinese understanding of Chinese and western cultural issues practice platform for culture. Since modern times, the birth of the new democratic cultural viewpoint, it is based on the basic problems in the development of Chinese culture-cultural relationship between nationality and modernity. New democratic cultural view the connotation of national significance, is a summary of the history of nationalism thought enlightenment experience, also is in the western, the contemporary new Confucianism and enlightenment, and other various cultural proposition, at the same time since modern times, the implication was that the various cultural genres and cultural inheritance and the reasonable transformation.The last chapter mainly studied the historical process of new democratic cultural view and its function and significance to contemporary social culture construction.The conclusion was that the modernization needed cultural modernization. However, the cultural modernization was not the only connotation of modernization.
