The development of national orchestral music has entered a new historical stage.Contemporary composers or creators are trying their best to explore and seek the new style and height of Chinese national orchestral music.Under this background,composer Zhang Zhao created "Gan Jiang Mo Xie Fantasia" for Suzhou National Orchestra according to the legend of Suzhou "Gan Jiang Mo Xie".This work was selected into the National Symphony creation support program in 2019,ranking first in the National Orchestra category.Through the analysis,the author finds that the greatest feature of the work is the blending of "color",which includes two aspects of "nationality" and"Modernity",and the blending of the two is reflected in the structure,harmony,orchestration and different forms of minor second elements of the work.On the structural level,the composer "Chinese Folktales and legends" endows the overall structural connotation of the work.On the one hand,it reflects the "nationality"characteristics of the work.On the other hand,it combines with the "Modernity"reflected in the tonal layout of "continuous transformation and expansion of tonality based on the central tone",which reflects its blending in structure At the level of orchestration,the composer combines the characteristics of national musical instruments and breaks through some technical conventions on the basis of traditional Western orchestration to form a unique way of orchestration.These orchestration techniques are very important Compared with western traditional works and modern national orchestral works,they are extremely novel,reflecting both nationality and modernity.In the small second level of the works,the composer penetrates the "small second",which is an extremely important discord factor in Western Music(especially as an important role in western modern music),into this national music work In all aspects of the product,it can fully reflect the color blend of nationality and Modernity of "small second degree"factor.The text is divided into three chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the story of "Ganjiang moye" and gives a brief overview of the different musical characteristics and sound effects of the four parts of the work;the second chapter is divided into four sections to elaborate the embodiment of the blend of"nationality" and "Modernity" in different levels of the work by giving examples;the third chapter summarizes the creative thinking of the blend of "nationality"and "Modernity" As well as the author's inspiration after analyzing this work.
