With the rapid development of our economy and the deepening of the domestic financial system reform,Market environment of banking industry is facing great changes have taken place.Especially in the past two years, foreign Banks influx and the rapid rise of the Internet financial to traditional banking bring great pressure of competition.Countries in order to guard against financial risk, the Banks have restrictions, innovation in financial products and marketing homogeneity increasingly serious today, how to gain a competitive edge becomes a difficult problem in front of the bank.Bank as a special service industry, the quality of its service quality determines the it can be a key factor for firms to achieve competitive advantage, the bank employee in the face of the customer’s emotional state will directly affect the customer’s feelings, so employee emotions performance by organization more and more importance to it.With banking competition, the organization of the employee’s service demand is higher and higher, the content of the work is more complicated, they are faced with work pressure is becoming more and more big.Long-term overworked and mental pressure, directly affect the staffs state and emotional expression, inevitably affect the staffs service quality and work efficiency, to a certain extent affect the image of the organization, influence the industry competitiveness.Therefore, how to manage the employee’s emotion, mood by changing their work situation, inspire their deep emotional behavior, and improve the service level of employees, let employees by providing the best quality service to retain customers, to improve organizational performance, improve the competitiveness of the bank, is critical for organizations.Based on the combination of theoretical and empirical, to take the form of face-to-face interviews and questionnaires, the mood of the work for L H branch of commercial bank employees to research the current situation.By investigation, the characteristics of H branch of the staff, working status and emotional status, etc. The analysis of existing problems.To organize cultural identity the mood of the antecedent as the breakthrough point of emotional work, with the aid of EXCEL and SPSS 19.0 statistical analysis software for data analysis and processing, through the analysis of the objective conditions of the sample and the correlation and regression analysis of the survey data, to obtain the L H branch of commercial bank employee’s actual feeling value, identifying cultural identity organization all dimensions and dimensions of the relationship between emotional work.Comprehensive research ideas and data analysis, in order to organize cultural identity as a breakthrough point to study the emotional work, by improving the employee’s organizational culture to effectively motivate employees emotional work esteemed deep behavior, improve the work enthusiasm, reduce the job burnout, improve the work performance.On this basis to improve organizational culture identity design, must strengthen the employee identification of the organizational culture, we must strengthen the employee to the organization of identity and belonging, should emphatically from the following three aspects:One is to build good organizational environment;The second is to build enterprise culture with the characteristic of the bank;3 it is to implement targeted measures of human resource management, through the staff recruitment, training, performance appraisal, career development planning, salary welfare system, such as improvements, to influence and improve the staffs organizational culture identity;Four is introduce and implement EAP program inside the bank.
