In the atmosphere of advocating socialist core values,as a member of society,we all hope that we can conform to the overall values and ethical norms required by society and have high self-moral requirements,strive to meet the standards required of citizens by society as a whole.However,in real life,due to the continuous development of social economy and the intensification of market competition,enterprises pursue economic benefits excessively,which often goes against moral norms and even legal provisions.Therefore,the non-ethical issues in the organization once again returned to the academic circle under the focus of many scholars.Therefore,the prevention and control of the non-ethical behavior of the proorganization is an urgent problem to be solved.Leadership is an important factor that affects the development of the organization,so from the perspective of leadership,this thesis discusses the influence mechanism of the bottom-line mental thinking mode of the leaders on the employees’ pro-organization and non-ethical behavior in the actual situation,therefore,it is very important to correct the non-ethical behavior of the employees because of their pro-organization behavior under the background of frequent problems of enterprise ethics.On the basis of self-determination theory and Social identity theory theory,this thesis analyzes the mechanism of the bottom-line mentality of leadership on the non-moral behavior of subordinates,the thesis also introduces the dualistic model of harmonious and obsessive-compulsive work passion,and studies the mediating effect of their bottom-line mentality on their subordinates’ non-ethical behavior It also explains the moderating role of organizational identity in the relationship between bottom-line mentality and work passion.Then the pre-survey,to test the various variables of the scale,analysis of the pre-survey sample data,get the formal questionnaire.Finally,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire variables were analyzed according to the results of the formal questionnaire,and then the questionnaire data were tested for correlation,and the mediating effect and moderating effect were verified.The results show that the bottom-line mentality of leadership can promote the non-ethical behavior of employees,and the harmonious passion plays a mediating role in the relationship between the bottom-line mentality of leadership and the non-ethical behavior of employees Organizational identity is the boundary condition of the mechanism that the bottom-line mind of a leader plays a role in the harmonious work passion,and it regulates the mediating effect between them.Finally,according to the research results,this thesis puts forward some management suggestions from the aspects of the cultivation of leaders’ style,the improvement of employees’ harmonious work passion,the reduction of obsessive work passion and the cultivation of employees’ role identity. |
