Passion is a hot topic of emotion psychology. Many studies showed that passion is an important factor affecting the efficiency of teaching and development of students. However,the intrinsic mechanism of passion influence is not clear. Work passion can affect teachers'behavior in the direct and indirect way, but it also may be under the influence of school environmental factors.In this study, 658 primary school teachers were tested by passion scale,teachers'emotional labor scale in primary and secondary schools, primary school organizational climate description questionnaire and organizational citizenship behavior scale. Use these tools, not only can we find out the relationship between characteristics of primary school teachers' work passion and organizational citizenship behavior, but also figure out the function of emotional labor and organizational climate.(1) There were significant demographic differences in work passion. The score of harmonious passion showed that 3 years of working experience of primary school teachers was significantly higher than that of 3-10 years of working experience; rural teachers were notable higher than that of urban teachers.(2) Work passion and organizational citizenship behavior positively related to the dimensions of emotional labor--passive deep behavior and active deep behavior while they also negatively correlated with surface behavior. And there was positive relationship between work passion and organizational citizenship behavior.(3) Emotional labor had a mediating effect on work passion and organizational citizenship behavior.(4) The mediating role of emotional labor was regulated by organizational climate.The teacher openness acted on before and after path of the process.Thus, the influence of teachers' work passion on their organizational citizenship behavior has direct and indirect paths. And this kind of relationship moderated by school climate.
