Guanlei, the State of Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture, is located in the south of Yunnan province. The combination of multiple nationalities and the new changes of the Economic Development stimulated the language situation of Guanlei——bilingualism(multilingualism).Thepapersurveys closed tired six majorareas of port areas( Official Domain, Culture and Education, Mass Media, public services,Public Communication and Daily Communication, analyzed their characteristic, made rationalization proposal for the construction of about the language situation.)Analyzed their characteristic, made rationalization proposal for the construction of about the language situation. Chapter Two surveys officers’ language capabilities,performancesd and the language performancesd of visitors’ whom be received by officers.Chapter Three surveys teachers’ and students’ language capabilities, performancesd,requirement for Culture and Education. Chapter Four surveys the language situation of Mass Media,requirement for Mass Media.
