This paper is based on the Second Language Acquistion Theory, learning from the methods and results of research from previous studies, make an investigation on the acquisition of Chinese topic sentences of South Korea and Thailand Students. Chinese topic sentence is a kind of specific sentence. Usually, this kind of sentence couldn’t get the essence from the analysis of the syntactic level, and inaccurate to explain, but it would be more convincing to explain it on the basis of the analysis of the syntactic, and with the addition of the analysis of pragmatics and semantics.This study Include the following three important contents:Collecting data. We reviewed the Research on Ontology of Chinese topic sentences by collecting the composition data of South Korea and Thailand Students.The comparison of the mother tongue and the target language. We predicted the difficulty of acquisition of Chinese topic sentences of South Korea and Thailand Students.Analysis of the study results. We find the differences of the acquisition of Chinese topic sentences of the students of the two countries by analyze the study results, and it will lay the foundations for Topic sentence Teaching and study.We drew the following conclusions from the study:We mainly confirm the topic and the narrations by the relativity of semanteme due to there’s no specialized Topic Marker to hint the topic in Chinese topic sentences.The topic is became a part of syntax in South Korea grammar, it has confirmed Topic Marker to connecting the topic and the narration, while there’s no analogous Topic Marker in Thai.It is a bit difficult for South Korea and Thailand Students to acquire the sentences which have no verb or the topic constituent is not the verb argument.Generally speaking, the results of research showed that the acquisition of topic sentences of Thailand Students is better than South Korea.
