The research of Learning Strategies is mature overseas, while it is emerging in China. The research is mainly on Teaching English as the Second Language. It’s nearly a blank about this research on Chinese Language Teaching. This thesis bases on the Masters of international Chinese Language Education who have the different backgrounds of their Bachelor’s degrees. The aim of this thesis is to analysis what different learning strategies will they use when they obtain the teaching skills of Master of international Chinese Language Education. In this thesis, we will summarize the Learning Strategies on 3 observed Chinese Language Teachers, how could they improve their learning and how could we train more Chinese Communicator.The research of this thesis based on the Masters of international Chinese Language Education, grade 2012 and 2013. First we give out 98 questionnaires to them about their Learning Strategies. We divided them into 3 groups according to their bachelor’s department, Teaching Chinese as the Second Language Group, Chinese or Other Language Group(English, French, etc.) and Management Group(Tourism Management, MBA, Accountancy, etc.). We first Investigate on how they use their Learning Strategies as usual. The data base on the interviews. Then according to those interviews, we confront to the differences of Learning Strategies and analyze the underlying causes about this issue. Moreover we observed 3 Learners on their Learning Strategies. According to comparisons of their learning results, find the generalities on obtaining Learning Strategies. we could find the importance of Learning Strategies on improving Chinese Language Teachers’ learning achievements and teaching skills.The Conclusion of this thesis is: the common point of the observed ones is that they have convergence on Learning Strategies, and they also could flexibility in the use of Learning Strategies. While the different points are Meta Cognitive Strategies always show on the strategies on planning and supervisory control; Cognitive Strategies always act on the content and method when taking notes; Resource Management Strategies always faction in seeking supports and Learning motivations.The conclusion part find the beneficial Learning Strategies for Masters of international Chinese Language Education based on the analyze above.The ending part concludes the inadequate part of this thesis and prospect the aftertime research on this topic.
