In this thesis, the impact of Tibetan Buddhism gnomic poetry, ritual poetry and indo-Tibetan postscript poetry on Mongolian gnomic poetry, ritual poetry and postscript poetry is discussed and analyzed by comparative study. Apart from the introduction part, the thesis consists of three chapters.Introduction parts expounds the reasons of writing and the general study situation about gnomic poetry, ritual poetry, postscript poetry of Tibetan Mongolian Buddhism both at home and abroad.Chapter one outlines the spread of the Tibetan Buddhism in Mongolian area and the origin and development of Mongolian Buddhism poetry. In chapter two,I emphasizes the influence of Sakya motto, the Tibetan Buddhism gnomic poetry to the Mongolian tradition gnomic poetry like Keys of wisdom,十善福白史,屏风木刻箴言诗,gnomic poetry of moral life and人·经·史籍花鬘by sum pam khan po·ye shes dpal byor,道德箴言、游戏箴言、水泉箴言、嘛呢箴言by Morgen Gegen·Lowsang Danbi Gyaltsen,学处篇·人道喜宴by Awang Danda,善言百首by Khershigbatu,宇宙轮回之歌by Javzandamba,舍取四行诗、明镜箴言诗by Anonymous Author.Besides,I also simply discuss the influence of Tibetan Buddhism gnomic poetry, ritual poetry and Indo-Tibetan postscript poetry to the Mongolian gnomic poetry, ritual poetry and postscript poetry.Chapter three, according to the comparison between gnomic poetry in Mongolian area and the Tibetan Buddhism gnomic poetry Sakya motto from chapter two, I make a summary and put forward some views of my own.The thesis gets a lot of results and finds many similarities and differences by comparting gnomic poetry in Mongolian area and the Tibetan Buddhism gnomic poetry Sakya motto from chapter two. There is a clear similarity in these similarities and differences. This means, the similarities between gnomic poetry in Mongolian area and the Tibetan Buddhism gnomic poetry Sakya motto have some relevance, the differences between them are also the same. Regardless of the similarities and differences, we can clearly know that the Mongolian gnomic poetry is obviously influenced by the Tibetan Buddhism gnomic poetry Sakya motto in the thesis. Those so-called differences are the own development of Mongolian gnomic poetry.During this long development there appears some changes on forms and contents which made a difference from Sakya motto. In a way, it can be said as a self-evolution of Mongolian gnomic poetry. The above is from a literary point of view, but the impact of Sakya motto on Mongolian area is not only on literary level, a more significant impact on the political influence, namely "the parallel" policy. Without this effect, the influence of the literary level is almost there. Certainly, in addition to the Tibetan Buddhist gnomic poetry, the Tibetan Buddhism ritual poetry and the Indo-Tibetan Buddhism postscript poetry also has an impact on ritual poetry and postscript poetry in Mongolian area. However, these effects feel small when comparting with the influence of Tibetan Buddhism gnomic poetry Sakya motto to Mongolian literatures. So I just briefly introduce the influence of Tibetan Buddhism ritual poetry to Mongolian Buddhism ritual poetry and the influence of Indo-Tibetan Buddhism postscript poetry to Mongolian Buddhism postscript poetry in this thesis.Relationship between Mongolian and Tibetan culture has a long history, as early as the 11 th or 12 th century Mongolian and Tibetan culture has already sparked. By writing the thesis, I deeply appreciate the profound and esoteric of Tibetan literature. Basing on a Mongolian who studied the Mongolian language and literature since my childhood, I want to learn Tibetan language so that make the Mongolian and Tibetan culture relations further deepened. And I’d like to introduce the characteristics of the Mongolian gnomic poetry and how it influenced by Tibetan Buddhism gnomic poetry Sakya motto to the scholars of Tibetan areas.
