Research On The Evaluation Of Cultural And Creative Industry Development In Shandong Province

Knowledge and technology have become the most important input factors of economic development in many countries and regions. Cultural and creative industry, as the representative of the knowledge intensive industry plays a very important role to the development of the economy. Currently, many countries have fully realized the potential of cultural and creative industry and the economic contribution rate, and all have taken measures such as by enacting policies and regulations to encourage and support the development of cultural and creative industry, and development has begun to take shape.China as an emerging economy has many areas where the development of cultural and creative industry has different features. Shandong Province has abundant cultural resources and regional characteristics are obvious, hoping to explore a cultural and creative industry development path suited to its own characteristics.This article put the cultural and creative industry of Shandong Province as the research object, and it was divided into six aspect to introduce. First, through doing the theoretical research to cultural and creative industry, I defined the concept, classification and characteristics of cultural and creative industry. Secondly, it introduced the advanced experience of development of cultural and creative industries at home and abroad, and found out the development experience suited to regional characteristics of Shandong province. Again, this article analyzed the present situation and existing problems of the cultural and creative industry’s development in Shandong Province, and it provided a basis for the subsequent suggestions presented.Then through constructing TOPSIS model and comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model, the cultural and creative industry’s development performance of regional representative cities in Shandong province and the whole province was evaluated respectively, and I got the cultural and creative industry’s development order of the representative cities in Shandong province and the cultural and creative industry’s development situation of Shandong province through evaluation. Subsequently I put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of policy system and fiscal support according to the cultural and creative industry’s development present situation, existing problems and the evaluation results of Shandong province. Finally, I summarized this article, and prospected the future.
