Research On The Development Models Of Cultural And Creative Industry In Heilongjiang Province

Cultural and creative industry is a creature of knowledge economy age. It isuniversally acknowledged that this industry contributes a lot in improvingcompetition of a city, upgrading structure of production, and changing the modeof economic growth. In recent years, cultural and creative industry influences theeconomy of China and the whole world. Relying on the advantages in culturalresources, this industry is developing in a sound way in Heilongjiang province.Therefore, it is of extreme importance to search a developing mode of culturaland creative industry that benefits to Heilongjiang situation, and then betterpromote comprehensive development of society and economy.Taking comparative advantages theory as the theoretical basis, the paperexplored the mode of the industry by the study of cultural and creative industryin Heilongjiang province. This issue summed up the successful models ofcultural and creative development in domestic and overseas countries and regionsfirst, and compared the similarities and differences of the modes. Then, itanalyzed the present status and industrial benefits of the cultural and creativedevelopment in Heilongjiang province. And lastly, based on the analysis ofcurrent status of Heilongjiang cultural and creative development, the method ofSWOT was used to give a division research to the cultural and creative industryin Heilongjiang province, and to raise a developing mode in this province.Finally, according to the mode to rise implement measures from four respects,which are government instructs, creation and technology, national culture, andmature industry.On the basis of the result of comparative analysis of the developing modecountry and abroad, current situation in Heilongjiang province and the result ofSWOT analysis of cultural and creative industry, the paper proposed some development modes suitable for Heilongjiang province, which is leading by thegovernment, developing by industry accumulation area, and combining creationwith technology.
