A Study On The Performance Of Video Art Language Based On Zhang Peili 's "30 × 30"

The art of Zhang peili has experienced the specific development which starts from painting to equipment then goes to video, this art experience is also a part of the afurther exploration to his own art language and unveiling of his aesthetics thought. General development situation of Chinese video art will be captured through his video works, the presentation of daily life has been incorporated into the earlier video works of Zhang peili in order to criticizing the issue of social cultural ideology. Sometimes his video works have mixed with a kind of pessimistic mood with calm, but he always has a strong positive attitude towards the development of Chinese video art. In his perspective, the Chinese video art is young but it is still on the way to reach the whole world.This paper is started from understanding the Zhang peili’s work called 《30×30》, this work has pushed Zhang peili to the top of art mountain, this work has also made me further understand the art of video. When you try to approach this work, the function and expression of time, repeat and consciousness will be found during this work, finally I would like to clarify my feeling after reading 《30×30》by means of summarizing my view based on my personal video works.
