Oirad, an important part of Mongolia, has, through the ages, attracted numerous historians and researchers with its rich culture and history. The propagation of culture is clearly a significant and profound subject in the vast river of historical and cultural knowledge. Therefore, this thesis sets out to research and analyze the conditions, features, functions and effects of the Bortala Gazette, the Party Committee Gazette of Bortala Mongol Autonomous of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and China in the past 30 years.This thesis consists of an introduction and four sections. The introduction explains the object of study, reasons for the selected subjects, effects, previous research and the methods of research. The first section analyzes the Gazette’s background, process, ideas of operation and modes of management combined with the main lines of production and development. The second section explains the introduction of special columns, content features, functions and effects. The third section analyzes the newspaper’s layout, the research of the space and layout elements. The fourth and last section offers advice and a counter plan for the development of the Gazette in the future.
