Xinghao is belief activity that women of Neiqiu generally participate in. The paper focuses on a special group made of women called Xinghao-"a Boat of People" of Dongguan Temple. This women group is accustomed to preparing sacrificial items with paper cutting in different fairs and the Tianpeng and Dipeng, used for the "Temple Fair on the Seventh month of the Lunar year Seven",is the most representative. "A Boat of People" in Dongguan Temple acts as core of organization in Dongguan Temple for a long time.When "a Boat of People" interacts with Dongguan Temple, Xinghao Women compete horizontally and vertically. In recent years, as election of "inheritor of Tianpeng and Dipeng" has changed the leader of "a Boat of People" in Dongguan Temple, "a Boat of People" which is agglomerated originally tends to separate and gradually withdrawal from dominant position of Dongguan Temple. As a result, more and more "people outside the Boat" enter into organizational core of temple fair and temple fair activity begins to change subtly.In the paper, on the one hand, it introduces the field record of Xinghao belief in Neiqiu district to show rich and complicated belief life of rural women in countryside. On the other hand, it tries to explore the internal impetus of "Xinghao" by a study case.The first chapter makes background introduction for "Xinghao" on Neiqiu; in the second chapter, establishment of master and apprentice relationship and formation of "a Boat of People" is described; the third chapters records the correlation between "a Boat of People" and Dongguan Temple; the fourth chapter discusses change of "the head of Boat" caused by contest of "inheritor of Tianpeng and Dipeng" and its impact on Dongguan Temple fair; the fifth chapter is conclusion.In this case, "Tianpeng and Dipeng" is the adhesive of "a Boat of People" in Dongguan Temple and meanwhile it loosens the relation of "a boat of people" in Dongguan Temple as blasting fuse to cause the alternation of organizational core of Dongguan Temple fair. We can see regulatory mechanism in the field domain of Xinghao and internal impetus for "Xinghao" benefit caused by historical factors, relation lamination, fame and wealth competition and self-ability.
