Research On Creative Independence, Cooperation And Enterprise Capital Structure Decision

Creativity has the characteristics of independence and cooperation.Creative independence refers to the formation of the creative way of thinking in essence is a kind of individual behavior,it is the human’s natural creativity,in other word it is meaning a new idea is an independent individual behavior.In the initial stages of cultural creative enterprises,creative independence is showing important;Creative cooperation refers to the final of creativity is needed to form a valuable practical results.In this process, the creative individuals through cooperation with others to get all sorts of resources to make creativity form the final product,that is to say,the success of a new idea relys only on the individual is unable to realize, it needs the participation and integration of resources.After the development of cultural creative enterprise to a certain size, the creative cooperation is more apparent.Capital structure decision as a corporate finance is one of the three major decision-making systems,the analysis of the factors which influence the decision has received extensive attention of scholars.Different from traditional enterprises,culture creative enterprise’s managers tend to be the expert in the field of talent,they are creative leaders and decision makers.Its creative independence and cooperation will certainly affect them to make the capital structure decision.This paper makes the literature reviews and comments for the creative characteristic s,capital structure dec is ion-making, in combination with related domestic and foreign literature research on creative connotation and extension,put forward the creative characteristics of cultural creative enterprises’managers,that is creative independence and cooperation,and analysis the relationship of creative independence and cooperation and enterprises’capital structure decision,to explore creative independence,cooperation on capital structure dec is ion-making level and the influence of capital structure dec is ion-making efficiency.According to the empirical research, thro ugh the collection of data,use the method of interview and case study to test the theoretical research part,the study found that about the capital structure decision-making level,creative independence is strong so that enterprises’ debt ratio is low;Creative cooperation is highly so that enterprises’debt ratio is high; From the point of capital structure decision-making efficiency,it is not clear that if creative independence is strong enterprises,what the influence of capital structure deviation degree to the capital structure of the target,creative cooperation is highly so that enterprises’capital structure deviation degree of the capital structure of the target is smaller;Creative independence is strong so that enterprises’ capital structure adjust speed is slow,creative cooperation is highly so that enterprises’ capital structure adjust speed is fast.Finally, the paper put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions of cultural creativity enterprises’ capital structure decision, Cultural creative enterprises should seize every opportunities to transit from start-up stage as soon as possible to the stage of development; The enterprises should pay attention to the construction of the senior management team, pay attention to the diverse background of the introduction of senior management personnel,at the same time,the enterprises also should improve management team members to work stability. Finally, the cultural creativity enterprises shall set up the dynamic mechanism of capital structure optimization so that improving the capital structure decision.
