A Study On The Construction Of "Deficiency + Personal Pronoun + VP"

This paper uses structuralist descriptive grammar as the basis, the functionalist view of language as a guide, combined with pragmatic theory, the use of description and explanation combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis method, try to describe the modern Chinese “’kui’+ personal pronouns + VP” construction.The article also attempts to study the mechanism of this construction with the concept of superposition integration pragmatic theory in order to deepen the“’kui’+ personal pronouns + VP” research. This paper is divided into six parts.The first chapter is an introduction, mainly introduces the objects we analyze and methods employed in this study, a brief summary of the purpose and significance of this paper, as well as aspects of previous research for this issue.The second chapter first analyzes “’kui’+ personal pronouns + VP” components from synchronic and diachronic aspects. And then the personal pronouns were analyzed and found. Again we analyzes the "VP" in the “’kui’+ personal pronouns +VP” construction. Finally, we also discussed the“’kui’+ personal pronouns + VP”syntactic features.The third chapter analyzes the “’kui’+ personal pronouns + VP” construction pragmatic functions and textual function.
