Language and culture are inseparable. Culture as the transferal of language, language is an effective tool for the dissemination of culture. Language learners in order to better acquisition a language, and effectively improve the communicative competence, master communication to avoid conflict in communication and failure in communication, should carefully explore the internal peculiarities of welding culture, context and content culture behind the language implies.In the current field of foreign Chinese teaching, cultural training and language teaching complement each other more and more widely recognized, at the same time, cultural issues and strategic research about culture are also increasingly become the hot topic.In recent years, the number of Chinese learners in Vietnam is increasing. Chinese and Vietnamese, turn by turn, choose to study Chinese. Many universities have to open Chinese for specific purpose. Chinese television shows has become popular in Vietnam like Chinese movies, songs... Chinese culture began to prevail in Vietnam, constantly attract young audiences in Vietnam. This also promotes Vietnamese people in learning Chinese more and more. Meanwhile, the tourism industry has developed rapidly, more and more Chinese want to visit and tour in Vietnam, and conversely travel to China has become the Vietnamese interesting travel choice place.I, myself, work in the tourism field in Vietnam in the process found that China and Vietnam have a lot of similar points, people have become increasingly frequent contacts between the two countries. Two countries cooperate to exchange more and more. However, local billingual Vietnamese tour guide service personnel at the reception Chinese tourists in the process, but often the case, "communication failure". This problem makes me realized that although Vietnam and China is culturally homogeneous country, the same cultural similarity between the two sides of a lot, but there are also many differences. How to strengthen the teaching of Chinese in Vietnam, not only teaching Chinese Language but also teaching Chinese Culture to help the Vietnamese learners in language acquisition. After learners understand and study both cultural similarities and differences, the effective cross-cultural communication awareness and cultivate the ability to effectively improve their Chinese communication skills, reduce or to avoid misunderstanding and even conflict due to improper cultural behavior it caused. It becomes a very practical significance research question.In generally, I myself have collected practical examples, popular tourist communication. Combination from the perspective of cultural differences between the two countries Vietnam and Chinese for Chinese language teaching situation in Vietnam which conducted the analysis. In which of these problems exist, to conduct testing and contemplation, while authentic voice opinions from three aspects such as curriculum design, teaching in class and cultural outside activities,..Thesis is divided into five parts:The first part:An introduction, mainly introduces the study of the origin, significance of the topic, research status and research content and methods.The second part:Outlines the historical origins of the two cultures, and from the diet, festivals, taboos, rituals and other aspects of communication were compared.The third part:Talk about the wealth of first-hand travel communicative case analysis, in-depth to explore the necessity of Vietnamese Chinese Culture Teaching.The fourth part:Based on the previous studies, in terms of curriculum, classroom instruction, cultural activities, etc. Based on this teaching Vietnamese Chinese culture has made specific recommendations.The fifth part is the conclusion, the analysis of the shortcomings and the direction of future efforts to be in this study.
