"The Contract Documents in Uighur Scripts" which found in Turfan region included in trading documents, exchange documents, rental documents, lending documents, adopted documents, hostage documents, slave emancipation documents, Testament and family property segmentation documents and the others. The common feature of those documents is using measure words very commonly.Measureword is a part of speech of people, things or the number of units in operation. Measureword as a part of speech represented a semantic polymerization of the grammar. The types of the measureword was increased in Ancient Uyghur period.
