A Study On The Form Of Statements In Huizhou Sales Contract Documents

The Huizhou contract documents are precious historical documents in Huizhou.Huizhou documents began in the Southern Song Dynasty and reached the 38th year of the Republic of China.They have a long history and are important materials for the research of modern Chinese language.One of the characteristics of contract documents is the use of fixed sentences.The research fixed sentences is not only beneficial to the study of the textual characteristics of Huizhou contract documents,but also has a multi-faceted linguistic research value.Among them,sales contracts account for a high proportion of Huizhou contract documents,which is typical.This paper selects sales contracts in Huizhou contract documents to carry out arbitrage research.The paper firstly introduces the publication and arrangement of Huizhou contract documents and the current research status of language and fixed sentences.It also explains the source of the corpus,research methods,and difficulties encountered in this article.The first chapter introduces the reasons and semantic types of the fixed sentences of Huizhou sales contract documents.Based on semantic considerations,this paper divides the Huizhou sales and purchase contract formulas into eight categories:"Nature","Cause","Scope","Bargaining","Delivery","Willing","Guarantee" and"Repentance" and introduces the corresponding common set of sentences.The second chapter is based on the investigation of Huizhou contract documents,and through the internal comparison of Huizhou contract documents and comparison with contract documents in other regions,it is found that Huizhou contract documents have the unity and gradual change of inheritance and development.The characteristics of unity with stability,regional and national unity.The third chapter compares the development and evolution of the nine types of Huizhou contract documents from a diachronic perspective,mainly from two aspects.The first is the internal comparison of Huizhou contract documents to explore the law of diachronic evolution.On the other hand,comparing the sentence patterns of Huizhou contract documents with other contract documents from the Han Dynasty to the end of Qing Dynasty,we can find the characteristics of the evolution of the sentence patterns of Huizhou contract documents.The fourth chapter discusses the application value of Huizhou contract documents.Using the principle of similar meanings of words or phrases in the same position of a set sentence,linguistic research is carried out from three aspects:interpretation of the meaning of words,discrimination of folk characters,and examination of dialects.The last chapter is a brief summary of the basic content of the paper.briefly summarizes the basic content of the paper.
