Currently,about individual work procrastination study is few and we can not get accurate unified concept about the definition of procrastination.Researches are focuses primarily on academic procrastination and there is no research on the relationship between the work procrastination,time management disposition and job performance. The purpose of the study is to understand the present situation of employees in the work of the individual work procrastination,and the relationship between research about the time management disposition and job performance, expanding the field of research on the work delays, to improve organizational performance, individual performance and employee training has a certain significance. In this study, we use work procrastination scale,Time Management Disposition Scale, work performance scale, through on-site and web questionnaire, investigated a total of 370 employees,the results are as follows:(1)Found that our employees have a more serious work delay behavior. In terms of demographic variables, work procrastination in age, education level, work life there is a significant difference. About gender, rank, nature of business,the average monthly income, there was no significant difference.(2)Individual work procrastination and time management significantly negatively correlated, time management disposition individuals can effectively predict work procrastination.Time management disposition and job performance has a significant positive correlation between the level of management time on job performance has a good positive predictive role. procrastination and job performance was negatively related to individual work delay line negative affect work performance.There is a significant negative correlation between procrastination behavior and job performance, and the negative impact of individual job procrastination on job performance. There is a significant correlation between the time management disposition and the work procrastination.(3)Job procrastination has partial mediating effect on time management disposition and job performance.The influence of job procrastination behavior and time management disposition on employee’s job performance is very significant, and the work procrastination behavior and time management disposition can predict individual job performance.
