In the past,many scholars carried on the research to the procrastination,mainly concerned with the measurement methods and the influence factors.Basically procrastination is defined as a negative behavior with a negative emotional experience.But since the Seligman&Csikzentmihalyi proposed positive psychology in 2000,psychologists began to focus on the positive psychological quality of human beings.Chu&Choi(2005)proposed the concept of active procrastination,and divided the procrastination into two types,passive procrastination and active procrastination.This classification has gradually attracted people's attention,and then the research of procrastination has become a new hot spot.This research expanding the scope of the study of traditional procrastination.There is a big difference between active procrastination and passive procrastination in cognition and behavior,The active procrastination is a deliberate choice.They can be rationally allocated time to important things,so as to get better results and positive psychological experience.This study selected the employees as the research object.Using the method of questionnaire survey to empirical research.To explore the relationship between the different types of procrastination and time management disposition,vocational delay of gratification and mobile phone abuse.And to explore the mediating effect of mobile phone abuse on the time management disposition,vocational delay of gratification active procrastination and passive procrastination.Through the statistical analysis of the data,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The number of procrastinators in the company account for 85.71%of the total employees.Among them,the active procrastinators account for 34.3%of the total employees.The passive procrastinators account for about 32.2%of the total number of employees.Procrastination is prevalent among employees.The number of active procrastination is slightly higher than the number of passive procrastination.(2)There is significant difference in active procrastination score of gender.The male employees' active procrastination is significantly higher than the female employees'.There is significant difference in passive procrastination score of Marital status.The unmarried employees' passive procrastination is significantly higher than the married employees'.There is a significant difference in passive procrastination score of working years.Less than 3 working years employees' passive procrastination is significantly higher than more than 10 working years employees'.There is a significant difference in passive procrastination score of education level.With master or above degree employees' passive procrastination is significantly higher than with a college degree or bachelor degree employees'.(3)There are significant differences between active procrastinators and passive procrastinators in the time management disposition and its three dimensions,vocational delay of gratification and mobile phone abuse.(4)There is significant correlation between active procrastination and passive procrastination in the time management disposition,vocational delay of gratification and mobile phone abuse.(5)Time efficacy and mobile phone abuse can predict active procrastination.Time control,time value and mobile phone abuse can predict passive procrastination.(6)There is a partial mediating effect between mobile phone abuse and time management disposition.
