Research On The Name Of Sale Of Real Estate In Shandong Province

This paper selected 1919 estate real names which were on the sale in Shandong Province as the research objects, the description and interpretation of the combination, a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods on the use of words in the detailed description and analysis.on the one hand to reveal estate name naming rules in Shandong Province, tap the cultural connotation of Shandong in estate name with the word, to show Shandong spirit and cultural style.On the other hand, to detect estate name naming problems, rectification, and put forward their own proposals and ideas for the future management of geographical names. Whole article can be divided into four parts.The first part, introduction, reasons for selected this theses, the name of the real estate research reviewed for this study, such as researching the subject, research methods, significance specifically described.The second part, the analysis on selling estate common name in Shandong Province.Firstly,give a generic overview of the situation, Secondly, according to the characters of high frequency,intermediate frequency words, low frequency words in order to study the words on common name,Furthermore, the real estate common name in Shandong Province diversified generic, dissolves,dual tone of features. Finally, gave some suggestions on common name words which used in Shandong Province in the future.The third part, the analysis on selling estate proper noun in Shandong Province.The proper noun has a large numbers. In this part, the author also detailed for the analysis of three small parts.In the first part, analysis on 2620 proper noun words which have obvious reasons, dig out the 16 kinds of Shandong Province in the sale of flats named it. The second part,analysis on the other4715 words which have no obvious reasons. From the use of foreign words naming and using local word naming two aspects. It is found that the naming of real estate words like, explaining the reason for the terminology. The third part proposed the problems in proper noun words, and puts forward the countermeasures, in order to promote existing non-standard market rectification and guidance under a step named work.The fourth part, the conclusion, the author gives the conclusion of this paper, the existing problems, and puts forward some suggestions and opinions for further study.
