In Late Ming Dynasty, the culture identify of Jurchen was in the unconscious condition. As the regime’s establishment and the Eight Banners system completed,the Eight Banners Manchu turned into establishing culture identification consciously from the consciousness of freedom in the early Qing dynasty, by the common historical memory. As the increasing and frequent cultural exchanges between volk cultures, the Eight Banners Manchu openly approving the Chinese Central Culture, turned their culture identification from uncomplicated to complex. It is of crucial importance for making integration and assimilation of Manchu and Han, firming up the nation’s political power, developing ethnic groups’ relationship harmoniously. The Eight Banners Manchu’s Culture identity developing a prolongation to the Central Plains culture is a historical necessity.
