After Hongwu and Yongle of Ming Dynasty, corruption phenomenon in the rulers and the ruling group is becoming increasingly serious for the temporary peace. Leading to the fact that capital army become enslaved to the object. The rulers, noble, slaving the eunuch a lot of capital army, occupation of land, pasture, deduction of sergeant wages. Thus elite troops sergeant in capital overwhelmed appear a lot of escape, resulting in reduction of the amount of army, lack of exercises and combat, gradually capital army declined. Although the several reform has been brought in army, but the results are unsatisfactory. The forcibly occupation of capital army has became serious problems, not only damaged the fighting capacity of capital army, but also accelerated the pace of the fall of Ming dynasty.
