With the globalization and integration of the world economy, excellent language communication has become one of the necessary prerequisites for the fair and equal communication. And the improvement of China’s status in the world has contributed to the fact that Chinese has been widely spread to every corner of the world. Thus, as a new subject, TCSL has promoted the Chinese language to the world. The fundamental purpose of language teaching is communication, and teaching Chinese as a foreign language is no exception. During the whole process of Chinese learning for the learners, the oral Chinese class whose aim is to improve the ability of speaking takes an important role. Oral Chinese is one of the significant norms to judge the Chinese level and the communication competence of the learners. What’s more, the oral Chinese is also the important element that will influence the learning effect of the learners. The TCSL has gained enormous development during the past thirty years, and a lot of precious experience has been obtained. However, there also exist a number of problems, therefore the oral Chinese class during the primary stage has plenty space to improve.At the beginning of this thesis, the relevant teaching theories have been briefly mentioned, which include: goal, character and principles. Under the leadership of these theories, the contents of curriculum-inspection are combined with the theories. It is pointed out that there also exist shortcomings in teaching and the reason will be analyzed. At the same time, the relevant solutions will be found by analyzing the reason. What’s more, the solution will be put into practice. Last but not least, the teachers will grasp and apply the skills of oral Chinese teaching fluently to motivate the enthusiasm of the students in order to complete the teaching task and purpose.
