Chinese language system has an important influence to the development of neighboring countries′ language systems. Chinese rhyme tails also have an inner link with long vowel of Japanese special syllables. Chinese rhyme tails have three categories, Yin phonological, Yang phonological, Ru phonological. With Chinese characters introduced into Japan the same time, Chinese characters also fixed in Japanese. In order to adapt to Chinese pronunciation in Japanese,Japanese special syllables are formed, such as long vowel, syllabic nasal, choked sound. Beause of Chinese characters introduced into Japan in different period, Japanese Kanji came to different pronunciation, such as Goon and Kanon and so on. At the same time, Japanese special syllables became different sound in different period.This article was starting from Chinese rhyme tails to analyze, researching the come into being and development and writing method of Japanese Kanji′s long vowel, and then revealing the correspondence rule between rhyme tails and Japanese Kanji. Finally, from the analysis of pinyin, to further verify the inner link between Chinese and long vowel.
