Language is a tool or means for human communication. It is also the important content for human psychological activity, which plays a very important role in the children psychological development. Oral expression is the main form of early childhood language development or major aspects. According to the interaction between subject and object of language acquisition theory, the factors affecting the development of children language can be divided into internal factors and external factors. As a stable internal characteristics of children, Temperament is one of the internal factors that affect child language development. Prevent research shows that children temperament affects their socialization, and language is produced in the process of socialization, which means that children temperament plays a very important role for language development. Bronfenbrenner emphasizes that the development of the individual is a result of the interaction between environment and itself. Family is the most important activity places for children, which is the most important external factor in the development of child language ability. Previous studies have found that family socioeconomic status and parenting may influence child language development. In addition, there is a close relationship between children temperament and family upbringing, that a specific parenting acts under the background of a specific temperament.This research adopts the questionnaire investigation and laboratory observation,collecting language samples of children free narration of birthday in unfamiliar situations, then evaluate and analyze the oral expression of children. In addition, the research also collects family background information, children temperament and parenting evaluated by parents. The temperament of children is divided into Activity,Emotionality and Sociability according to Buss and Plomin EAS model. Parenting is divided into four dimensions, which is acceptance, rejection and punish,encouragement of achievement and encouragement of independence. The article discusses the family socioeconomic status, children temperament and parenting influence on child oral expression, as well as the interaction between temperament and parenting effects on child language development. Research draws the following conclusions:1. There were gender differences in abundance and initiative of 48 months children oral expression in unfamiliar situations, and girls act better than boys. There2. was not significant gender difference in vocabulary complexity, sentence structure, detailed description, expression and posture;3. High socioeconomic status children act better on sentence structure than the low socioeconomic status children, other dimensions difference was not significant;4. The emotionality had significant negative correlation with sentence structure,detailed description and initiative; the sociability had significant positive correlation with each dimension of oral expression.5. The emotionality of children in 24 months can predict sentence structure,detail description and initiative in 48 months; the sociability can predict vocabulary complexity, sentence structure, detailed description, expression and initiative. There was an interaction between emotionality interactions and gender on initiative.Emotionality can predict initiative of boys, and the higher the emotionality, the lower the initiative; emotionality cannot predict initiative of girls.6. The relationship between sociability and vocabulary complexity and abundance was moderated by mother rejection. When mother rejection was at a high level, the higher the sociability, the lower the vocabulary complexity and abundance.When mother rejection was at a low level, the sociability cannot predict vocabulary complexity and abundance.7. The relationship between emotionality and initiative was moderated by father acceptance. When father acceptance was at a low level, the higher the emotionality,the lower the initiative.8. The relationship between sociability and sentence structure and detailed description was moderated by father acceptance. When father acceptance was at a high level, the higher the sociability, the lower the sentence structure and detailed description. The relationship between sociability and vocabulary complexity was moderated by father rejection. When father rejection was at a low level, the higher the sociability, the higher the vocabulary complexity.
