Organization teaching is a key link in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, and it plays an important role in the whole classroom teaching. Teaching organization is mainly manifested in the lesson of the start stage, but also throughout the whole class, a class of each teaching link needs to organize the teaching as the basis, linked to link up the whole class, in order to achieve the teaching objective, received a good teaching effect. The importance of organizing teaching in teaching Chinese as a foreign language has put forward higher and higher requirements for the ability of Chinese teachers to organize teaching. There are many factors that affect the organization of teaching, but according to the teaching practice of I in Thailand Na Dana middle school for four months, and the collection of survey, main factors that affect the organization of teaching:the classroom order confusion, difficulty in language communication, students learning attitude and motivation; and school activities frequently lead to Chinese non attendance rate high, students inattention, a hall of Chinese as a foreign language can be carried out smoothly, are closely related to these factors. Therefore, in order to strengthen the ability of teachers to organize the teaching, whether it is the beginning of a class or in the middle stage, attention to organize the teaching and learning methods, to guarantee the order of the classroom teaching, and stability. The teaching process in the collected written document and questionnaire analysis, to find out the influence of organizing teaching the problem, and analyze the reasons for the problems, then put forward the corresponding solution. Finally, the solutions into practice through the test the effect, the effect do a evaluation, and reflection. Exploration of this paper is aiming at the problems existing in the Thai students to organize classroom teaching and take the measures. Secondly, the main is discussed in the organization of teaching process, students’ classroom performance and the reason, the final focus placed on evaluation. Only the problem of organizing teaching will be solved, can we ensure the classroom teaching and ensure the completion of the teaching task, and finally ensure the realization of the teaching objectives.
