With the rapid development of China’s economy and the increase of its overall national strength, the global craze for learning Chinese has also been heating up.The development of Chinese teaching in Thailand is more rapid,so the study of the Chinese Teaching in Thailand is of great significance. In view of the teaching of Chinese characters is an important part of Chinese teaching, and also a major bottleneck of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, so this paper chooses teaching of Chinese characters in Thailand as a point of penetration, and uses the comparative study of the two Chinese characters teaching methods, trying to design the Teaching of Chinese characters from the perspective of the country.This paper consists of five parts:introduction, Chinese teaching design, comparative analysis of teaching effect, teaching reflection and the conclusion. The author has four months of teaching practice this year in Dongying school of Chanthaburi Province in Thailand.The author investigate Chinese characters learning on study objects, and design respectively the two Chinese characters teaching methods based on the existing research results, and practice on "stroke teaching method" and "components and structure teaching method" of two kinds of Chinese characters teaching method.Then compare and analyze the teaching effect and summarize the types and reasons of character errors of middle school students in Thailand.Reflecting teaching design and process combined with the teaching experience of predecessors, and put forward relevant teaching strategies and learning strategies. This study attempts to contrast the two characters teaching methods to explore which one is more suitable for middle school students in Thailand, and hopes to improve the efficiency of teaching Chinese characters.
