On The Ethical Problems Of Engineering Quality In The Background Of Quality Development

The 21st century is the century of quality, at the present stage our country comprehensively promotes the quality of development, and constructs the country of power quality. In China under the background of vigorously pushing forward to construct Chinese characteristics in the development of quality, engineering quality as one aspect of the overall quality of development, its development is particularly important, with the study of ethical issues on the quality of the project becoming a necessity. Quality engineering refers in particular to the constructional project in this essay. Generally speaking, the development of engineering quality in our country showing a good trend, quality of the project development can be increased, and the constructional industry develops rapidly, and constructional engineering is running vigorously, of which the influence to the social economy and the people’s production and life is also growing. Engineering quality is related to people’s life and property safety, while providing humans with a great convenience at the same time, the development of constructional engineering quality also presents the characteristics of instability, in recent years in our country there are many problems about engineering quality frequently exposed to the public, such as "bean curd residue project, large-scale engineering accident. The quality of a construction project, not only directly affect the use of the project, but also related to the credibility of the various construction units, as well as people’s lives. The engineering quality problems reflect not only the engineering technical level and the enterprise management strategy, but also closely related to the moral responsibility of the people. The quality of constructional project is rich in moral and ethical problems, because it is full of all kinds of conflict of interest and moral conflict. The complexity of the problem is that any choice seems to be able to find their own ethical defense. This leaves the researchers engaged in engineering ethics with great research space. In this paper it is in such a macro research within the space.This article embarks from the perspective of the development of engineering ethics and quality background, comprehensively analyzes possibility problems of the engineering quality in each stage of constructional engineering, examines the main ethical issues in the quality of the project.On the basis of the above analysis,we need to construct the ethics of the engineering quality problems in the constructional engineering, including the ethical principles followed by the quality standards in the implementation of the project,and the ethical responsibility of the relevant actors in different engineering quality process, and finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions to construction of the ethics on the quality of the project.
