Psychological control of examination refers to the examination candidates who understand, have a sense of control and have the ability and belief to finish the test when faced with a test,in a degree,it manifests the way of the examines’ attribution style and behavior.In order to extend and expand the research of the Group Counseling of Psychological control of examination; supple and perfect the psychological quality of test and provide the psychological adjustment empirical evidence of exam,we make this investigation. According to Qi Jiang “Exam Psychological Control sub-scale“and Ri-chang Zheng of the "Diagnostic Scale of Test Anxiety", this study invest all students of the third grade in Yunnan Normal University Subsidiary Shi Ji Jin Yuan Middle School,for better understand their situation of Psychological control of examination and explore the relationship between Psychological control of examination and anxiety in tests. In this study, I use content analysis method and open-ended questionnaire to investigate their group sound recording,homework and reports. Through further investigation,we can sum up some advice for the Group Counseling of Psychological control of examination and write the Group Counseling Manual for the third grade students in middle school. We design the Experimental group and control group,at the same time, We offer psychological counseling for a period of eight weeks, once a week, about 70 minutes each time to versification the effect of our Manual.The results of this study are as follows:1.Psychological control of examination in whole three grade are as follows Girls is better than boys, Ethnic minority students are better than the Han Nationality Students,Only child students are better than non only child students,Students with no family history of mental illness were better than students with a family history of mental illness. Students live in cities are better than those live in rural areas,Studentswith parents are better than those with divorced parents, well-off families are better than ordinary families, poor families are the worst.Parents’ education level also affects it, the higher the better but no significant difference(p>0.05)Family relationship also affects the result,good family relationship are better than the poor one.2. write “Manual of Group Counseling for the Examination of Psychological Control”for students in the third year of middle school3. Offer group counseling for students in junior high school by using “Manual of Group Counseling for the Examination of Psychological Control”,in order to enhance students’ Psychological control of examination,reduce the anxiety in test, improve students’ scores and get the praise from students.
