Students are often over stressed when they face exams,causing anxiety,but not all candidates are unable to respond.To adjust and adjust anxiety,psychological resilience is an intrinsic psychological potential of individuals to use their own protective resources to achieve good adaptation,which can reduce the negative impact of physical and mental health of individuals under stress.Therefore,the psychological quality of examinations and the psychological resilience of examinations have gradually attracted the attention of scholars.The college entrance examination repeat students have experienced college entrance examination frustrations,and their protective factors and their psychological environment in dealing with the exams deserve our attention.This study is divided into three stages.The first study uses the "Examination psychological Resilience Sub scale" to investigate the current situation of the psychological resilience of the college entrance examination repeat students and its influencing factors.The second study combines the results of the literature method and the research one to compile The Psychological Resilience Of The College Entrance Examination Students Group Counseling Manual;three pairs of 30 college entrance examination repeat students were intervened using quasi-experimental design and evaluated for intervention effects.This study draws the following conclusions:1.The psychological resilience of the college entrance examination repeat students is good,and the overall level is moderately upper;2.Gender,source of origin,whether only child,parental education,economic pressure,family atmosphere,interpersonal relationship are the influencing factors of the psychological resilience of repeat students;3.prepare the "College Entrance Examination Student Mental Resilience Group Counseling Manual" containing preface,catalogue,empirical research basis,instructions for use,group counseling techniques,group counseling programs,effect evaluation,precautions,appendices;4.The subjects of psychological resilience intervention include goal concentration,learning strategy,test strategy,problem solving,self-confidence establishment,frustration response,positive attribution,interpersonal collaboration,social support and stress adjustment;5.The application of the "The College Entrance Examination Repeat Students' psychological Resilience Group Counseling Manuall" has a good immediate effect and sustained effect on improving the psychological resilience of the college entrance examination students and reducing the test anxiety level;6.The structure and applicability of the "The College Entrance Examination Repeat Students' psychological Resilience Group Counseling Manuall" is good,the content is set and the degree of matching with the intervention theme is high.According to the manual,the college entrance examination students are intervened in the psychological resilience and test anxiety of the college entrance examinationstudents.The repeat students are satisfied with the implementation and setting of the content and can achieve the expected goals.
