The more open society,in the face of various temptation more,children can resist various temptations,self-control development also becomes more and more important.For students are in grade five,self-control level has not reached to fully control stage.The development of students' self-control is developed through interactions with the environment around.After regular school education,special training and guidance,and constantly communicate with others,to be able to have a positive impact on the improvement of students' self-control.Primary school grade 5,6,belongs to the elementary school higher grades,are in primary school are coming to an end and a key period of junior high school start,whether in the ideal school,is about to study in future and the future development of students.So,spread to the fifth grade students' self control level of in-depth study is necessary.This research chooses Li Huan,xiao-lingFan “questionnaire of childrens' self-control ability“ of 93 Henan university affiliated elementary school fifth-grade students self-control level test,used to compile the group counseling intervention,intervention plans in order to improve the self control of group members.Data analysis,descriptive statistics,independent sample t-test and paired sample t test method such as statistical analysis,the results are as follows:1,a pretest: under the condition of variance homogeneity,the experimental group and control group in self-reported version(t = 1.342,p > 1.342),teacher edition(t = 1.096,p > 1.096)and parents(t = 1.480,p > 1.480),total score(t = 1.856,p > 1.856)in which there is no significant difference score.So you can think,the experimental group and control group two groups at the self-control level about the same,there is no significant difference,can be regarded as a homogeneous,so meet the conditions needed for the experiment.2,after the test: parents scale,according to the results of significant difference between experimental group and control group(M = 23.8235,M = 23.3810,t = 2.505,p < 0.05);No significant differences in teacher edition scale(M = 28.6863,M = 28.4286,t = 0.481,p > 0.05);On the self-assessment scale version(M = 42.4510,M = 41.6667,t = 1.157,p > 0.05);there were no significant differences Two groups on self-control scores(M = 93.9787,M = 93.8095,t = 0.861,p > 0.05)there was no significant difference.Conclusion:(1)the fifth grade students group counseling intervention training can make its self control ability was improved.(2)the intervention group psychological guidance scheme is effective.
