Research On The Construction Of Online Approval Mode For Road Transportation In Yunnan Province Based On E - Government

Since the1990s, e-government has developed rapidly, many countries weredevoted to improving the level and efficiency of public service through e-governmentin order to promote government reform and self-construction. Online administrativeapproval is an important part of e-government, and is also an significant means ofadministrative approval system reform. Implementation of online administrativeapproval can greatly improve the efficiency of government’s work, effectively curbcorruption from the source, promote the transformation of government functions andthe construction of service-oriented government. By the end of2013, Yunnanprovincial hall of Online administrative approval has been officially launched. How todo the administrative approval on Road Transport online? This is the problem to besolved in this paper.This paper discusses online approval for road transportation of Yunnan Provincethrough different ways, including literature review, theoretical analysis, fieldinvestigation, case studies and other methods. This paper analyzes the presentsituation, problems and causes of administrative approval of road transportation inYunnan Province, researches the process of online approval for road transportation ofYunnan Province, and explores the mode of online approval for road transportation ofYunnan Province. Drawing on the experiences of other provinces and countries, thispaper also suggests that, on the basis of information management system of Yunnanroad transportation, single department for approval mode of road transportation onlineapproval system should be established, and on the platform of province-city-countyflow type of online approval should also be established. This paper offers somecountermeasures of online approval implementation.
