Under the level of development of productive forces now, comparing to landdispersed, extensive management, intensive management of agricultural land hasinherent advantages of scale and greater efficiency, saving more labor resources,thus it is the irreversible trend of agricultural production. Under the generaltrend, although the development extend of intensive management are not necessarilythe same, the starting point of agricultural production through intensivemanagement happen to coincide. It shows that a variety of forms of intensivemanagement under existing agricultural land system, the evolution of the intensivemanagement of land will not be plain sailing. The national current agriculturalsystem is a foundation built on collective land ownership by farmers, strengthenedcontract management rights system, and rural household contract responsibilitysystem. It will directly impact the intensive management promotion that farmerseither promoting or hampering during exercise of agricultural land contract andmanagement rights. As a focus, the author starts from analyzing the reality ofintensive management of land and agricultural land system, trying to anatomizefeatures and defects of the household contract responsibility system, thus analyzethe nature instead of the surface to the collision between the current intensivemanagement of farmland and farmers’ land rights, and try to approach some perfectionand improvement suggestion to the reform of farmer’s land system from the legalanaltical way. There are totally four parts in this paper, the first part is toraise the questions, problems and contradictions by example; second part is acontemporary agricultural land system and the peasants’ land ownership changes,mainly elaborate the origin, development history and the deep-level reasons of thecurrent system of agricultural land, expecting to analyze the nature of farmers’land rights under intensive system in the following parts; The third part is aboutthe collision between the reality of agricultural intensification and land rightsof farmers, on the reality and historical inevitability of the current intensiveproduction, and cited the forms that appear in many places of the intensive farmingof agricultural land operations, thus leads to the limitations of the current systemof agricultural land, conflicts between land rights and agriculturalintensification under the rural household contract responsibility system, and tryto analyze the root causes of conflicts arisen; fourth part is suggestions toresolve the contradiction between intensification of production and farmers’ landrights, which is the last part of this article, against the proposition thatfarmer’s land system can better adapt to agricultural land intensive agricultureproduction, to propose the idea of problem solving and thinking of system perfection,to analyze and compare the current many mainstream other solutions, it is concludedthat, improve the legal and regulatory policy, in a way of putting farmland as sharesto solve the separation of farmers’ land contract management rights and theownership and land use rights, the system defects of land use right subject blur,to find the fundamental solution to the conflict between agriculturalintensification and land rights of farmers, therefore make agricultural productionrelationship more adaptable to the development of agricultural productivity.
