A Preliminary Study On The Combination Of Medical Care And Old - Age Care In Community Comprehensive Service System

Along with the aging speed is accelerated and the elderly population is huge,the elderlyneed faces more problems by the department of health and pension integral structuralproblems and restrictions of the development level of the elderly themselves. In order toget more comprehensive understanding of the elderly people in the process of socialdevelopment needs, it is necessary for us from the subjective perspective of the group.besides the basic needsto live, the most important thing is health for the elderly.So in theprocess of the development of modernization, whether have the double demand as a wholethe elderly health and pension endowment way or not? This kind of new endowment way ishow to work? What are the problems in the operation? How to cooperate with the help ofgovernment ann society?Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to analyze a series ofproblems from the subjective perspective of the elderly life quality,andto deep understandthe medical keep in combination with the practice of pension mode from the understandingof the elderly living in the center of the pension and the pension center itself of operationprocess.In the study,the author tried to build medical pension model implementation conditionsand understand the implementation process about the pension center through head of theelderly and the depth interview,which was divideded into three aspects,such as thecommunity hospital, community endowment institutions, and long-term care system basedon the comprehensive community endowment service system framework. Taking M and Jpension center as an example, the author analyzed the medical combination of endowmentpatterns of the existing problems, and put forward the corresponding policy suggestions.For community hospitals, we could set up a family doctor system, which emphasised on theelderly with chronic diseases taked care of in the house; For the community endowmentagencies, we could make full use of their professional advantages to expand their radiationand provide service for the community elderly; For long-term care mechanism, we couldgive play to the characteristics of its universality and make guarantee old man especiallywho fail the plight.But, how can truly seek benefits for the elderly?Shall we need thegovernment’s policy support system and social service to improve their life quality? Wemust play a role of community in the pension system relying on the platform to give morehumanized service for the elderly.
