The Status Quo,Problems And Countermeasures Of Social Organizations In Changzhou City Participating In Community Care Services

With the acceleration of the aging process,China's demand for aged care services has continued to grow and expand in both quantity and scope.Establishing an old-age care service system combining medical care and old-age care has become an inevitable requirement for realizing China's healthy aging mission.However,if the government or the market alone regulates the operation of the entire pension service system,there will be some problems in terms of capital,service efficiency and welfare.Only by transforming the social management system and strengthening the role of the third sector,that is,social organizations in the aged care service system,can we continue to keep up with the actual needs,meet the diversified needs of the elderly,and ensure social harmony.However,compared with developed countries,China's social organizations have developed late and lack of development conditions.There are many problems in terms of capital,human resource management and service level.Therefore,this study aims to promote the overall positive development of the social pension service system by identifying and resolving the obstacles and difficulties encountered by social organizations in participating in the elderly care service.This research uses literature research method,interview research method,comparative research method and inductive summarization method,combined with the third sector theory,welfare pluralism,governance theory,incentive theory and other theoretical tools to participate in community health care in Changzhou social organization.Combine with three different models of aged care services.The research first describes the current situation of Changzhou social organizations participating in community medical care and old-age care services.Secondly,it demonstrates the necessity of social organizations to participate in community medical care and old-age care services,and summarizes the problems and causes of social organizations in the practice of participating in community-based medical care and old-age care services through case studies.Finally,combined with the advanced experience of foreign countries,it puts forward some suggestions for improving the participation of social organizations in the community-based medical care and old-age care service model,namely:clarifying the positioning of social organizations in the community medical care combined with the provision of old-age care services,and consolidating the social organization's public welfare orientation;Actions to gain the trust of the people,establish their own image,and carry out the work based on this;increase investment in medical resources,enhance medical service capabilities;establish effective personnel training mechanisms,stabilize professional talents;deepen medical care and support for aged care services system reform,improve the social organization's own capacity building;set up organizational associations,strengthen social organization industry autonomy and supervision.
