Our network has become an indispensable part of life, but with the continuousdevelopment of the network it is not just the dissemination of information has brought usconvenience, extensive, also brought the intensifying conflict of interest. Many traditionalinterests are new challenges, copyright protection network also will produce a change,compared with the traditional copyright protection in a complex network environment,how to network effectively protect copyright, how to use legal means to achieve the rightsof fairness, justice is that we want to explore in this article focus on content.This paper describes the generation of network copyright, development, and researchnetworks to clarify the importance of copyright infringement of copyright law to protectthe network and the network of copyright protection for some effective recommendations,this paper is divided into three parts: The first part, mainly for network copyright interpret,explain what is a network copyright, its generation and development situation, and it is thedifference between traditional copyright that several aspects.Through discussion of thearticle so that we have the copyright for a more detailed understanding of the network tofacilitate research after protection; second part, mainly on the type of network copyrightinfringement analyze and identify the reasons for the network vulnerable to copyrightinfringement, as after copyright protection network to do the basic work, because onlydetermine why the infringement and the type of infringement that we can better protect;third part of this chapter is the status of copyright law to protect the network analyzed in adetailed understanding of the make some recommendations after the effective protection ofcopyright law to protect the network status, improve the protection of the work to achievethe ultimate research purposes.
