The arrival of the network information age has changed nowadays’ productionmethod and life style. It also has promoted the adjustment of social productionrelationships. What’s more, it has brought a profound transformation in the field ofsociety and politics. At the same time, with the rapid social development, China isfaced with a double pressure-the adjustment of economic structure and the revolutionof political system. The continuous popularization of information technology hasmade the network technology used in political life more deeply and widely. Alongwith the steady improvement of socioeconomic status, people aren’t confined topursue a better material living condition any longer. They now pay more and moreattention to the spiritual civilization. As is known to all, political participation is anindispensable important factor to promote democratic process. People’s demand forpolitical participation shows a diversified trend. Therefore, network politicalparticipation is playing a more and more important role in the government’s socialmanagement. The Internet not only changes the mode and method of transmissionunder the traditional media background, but also improves the media environment inwhich the public opinion are formed and developed. The construction andmanagement of government’s network media has provided a good range of publicopinion for reform, opening up and modernization construction. The popularity of thenetwork political participation brings new problems and new challenges to socialmanagement simultaneously, including the imperfection of the information technology,the uncertainty of government’s responsibility, the further improvement of netizens’quality, the better standardized autonomy of virtual community, etc. As a conclusion,the legalization management of network political participation is the basic guaranteefor a innovational social management. Meanwhile, the government should addressdifferent problems by which to shape a innovational social management effectively. Inthis way, it can promote the development of innovational social management better,and make the road of innovational social management full of vitality constantly.Written from the perspective of network political participation, this paper talks about the innovational social management. Based on some investigations and studies, Istate the inherent logic relations between the network political participation and the innovational social management, and then I give the corresponding suggestions.This paper mainly discusses from four aspects: In part1Introduction mainly introduces the research background of the innovational social management from the perspective of network political participation, and also the research significance, the domestic and foreign research dynamic, the researchmethods and innovation points of this topic.In part2, I give the definition of the Internet, analyze the current situation of social management and the connotation of innovation of social management, and expoundthe inherent logics between network political participation and the innovational socialmanagement.In part3, I make a further statement of internal relations between network and social management. It includes the challenges that China’s social management faced before Internet, the difficulties during promoting social management in internet, and the innovation strategy of China’s Internet social management.In part4, I analyze the governance paradigms. On the example of Long Quan, Istudy the construction of new media platform including microblog and Weixin. In theend, this paper discusses the cooperations of electronic government, the virtual community and netizens from the angle of multiple governance.
