Citizenship and urbanization of the Migrant workers is the core of the newindustrialization, and family migration has become an important symbol ofCitizenship of the Migrant workers, on the one hand, migrant women work and livewith their family in the city, as is to provide a sufficient labor to urban servicesindustry; on the other hand, housekeeping services for urban households has a rigiddemand by the trend of Smaller families and Population aging, and it is right torequirements of domestic workers taking care of family with flexible workinghours and academic characteristics of domestic service also is fit to them, domesticwomen had becoming a stable of part employed in domestic service group.In this paper, as the main line of the demand for a balanced market mechanismof the supply of the domestic service of the city, it is decided on the basis of wageadjustment mechanism, Tripartite interaction with each party and domesticemployees, employers and intermediary organizations in the tripartite body impact ondomestic employment mechanism as the core, which focuses on the impact onemployment of employees and their motivation domestic capital structure for its ownemployment, Highlighting the impact of emotional interaction between employers andemployees in their employment of domestic stability,Finally, in the angle of theeffects of macro security role of the government ’s macro-control functions, Primarilyfocused on analyzing the security functions of government macro-control functions inthe presence of employees in employment mechanism in the absence of domesticproblems.This paper surveyed by selecting WuHou District, Qingyang District as theexample about employment of domestic workers, the result is domestic industrybelong "learn to work in" industry by analysis, it has most significant effect workinglives to income improve in human capital, and longer working life of domesticemployees have more favorable position in the game of employees and employers,emotional interactions become an important factor affecting the stability ofemployment and domestic employees face greater economic pressures, foundation ofmigrant workers is weak. At last, propose the advices of increasing traininginvestment of domestic employees, solving the problem of housing and Pensioninsurance and strengthening management of intermediary organizations.
