Research On Digital City Management In Kunming

30years since the reform and opening up, the rapid economic and socialdevelopment in China, city construction change rapidly, city management as animportant government functions and enhance city competitiveness, which highlightsthe growing importance. At the same time, city information be just unfolding, digitaltechnology make a spurt of progress. In this context, emerge as the times requiredigital city management. An in-depth study of the digital city management, isconducive to promoting the development of city management, enrich the citymanagement theory, but also conducive to provide guidance for the practical work ofcity management.This paper first discusses the concept of digital city management, characteristics,elements and theoretical basis, and in Beijing, Shanghai and other digital managementpilot city as an example, points out the difference between digital city managementmodel and the traditional city management model in the system and technology of; atthe same time, this paper also cited the successful cases of foreign city digitalmanagement, aims to further promote and perfect the digital city management of ourcountry for reference and enlightenment. On this basis, this paper makes empiricalresearch on the mode of digital city management of Kunming City, expounds theconstruction background and content features of digital city management of KunmingCity, and through the digital management of Kunming city results, verify the validityof digital city management model, provides valuable experience for the reform of citymanagement. Finally, this paper focuses on the research of the common problemsoccurred in Kunming City Digital City Management in practice, conducts the researchto the Kunming city implementation of the digital city management measures,analyzes the improvement and perfection of management measures.
