With the continuous improvement of the ability to expand information technology,major industries are constantly changing the traditional industry management methods to digital management methods.For the traditional urban management profession,the urban map property management and urban grid management have gradually become bloated with the continuous development of China's urbanization,which brings great difficulties to law enforcement personnel and public service related departments.Therefore,to create a digital city management system that efficiently and accurately handles various urban management events and processes becomes a top priority for solving current urban management problems.This paper starts from the perspective of urban management,combines informationization and mobile communication technology,and establishes a digital urban management system based on the idea of segmenting urban grid and urban management events.The system has the characteristics of unified scheduling and domain management,fully enabled.The comprehensive command and event coordination capabilities of the dispatching center and the district management personnel will eventually form an integrated digital city management system integrating urban management and public service capabilities.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Background OverviewFirstly,the paper gives the research background and significance of the digital urban management system,and expounds the significance of the local digital urban management system to adapt to the localization requirements.Secondly,it discusses the requirements of the digital urban management system at home and abroad,system design and application effects.The main research results of the aspects;Finally,the basic basic technology used in the digital urban management system is briefly described,including mainstream system architecture technology,workflow technology,GIS technology,Webservice technology and database technology.(2)Analysis of localization needs for urban management business processes in A cityFirstly,according to the previous survey results of the urban management business for the A city,the core business process is sorted out,and the function description is derived according to the process.Secondly,the localized demand analysis is performed according to the functional description,and the main functions of the digital urban management system of the A city are obtained.Including wireless data acquisition module,large-screen supervisory command module,leading mobile supervision module,business short message module;UML modeling of the above functional modules,respectively output functional model and behavior model of each functional module;finally,A city is given Non-functional indicators of digital urban management systems.(3)Overall design and detailed design of the systemFirstly,the overall design scheme of the system is given,including the system function architecture,network integration and host integration scheme.Secondly,according to the requirements analysis results,the detailed design and implementation methods of the system function modules are given,including the functional module architecture and service.The logic design and performance index design are mainly composed of flow chart and business logic design diagram.Finally,the detailed scheme of system data design is given.(4)System implementationCombined with the detailed design of the system architecture and functional modules,the core code logic and some core codes of the major functional modules are given.
