A Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Tourism Law In China

With economic growth and increasing household incomes, consumer demandfor growth in tourism has also become increasingly prominent. The rapiddevelopment of tourism, greatly boosting the country’s economic growth, promotethe adjustment of economic structure, increasing employment, expanding consumerdemand, driven by tourism resource protection and development role. China as atourist resource-rich countries, the relevant laws and regulations in the tourismindustry is also very crucial. Thus in2013promulgated the " Travel Act " is intendedto protect the legitimate rights and interests of tourists and tour operators, the abilityto conduct scientific tourism resources protection, integration and utilization of thetourism market play a role in the supervision and management, so as to promotetourism health, sustainable development, strengthen our tourism industry and foreigntourism industry standards, enhance the core meaning of the tourism industry.In this paper, in order to "Travel Act" procedures as the starting point, first of all,introduce relevant legislation and the history of the development of tourism;secondly, from a legal point of view, with some of the more developed tourismabroad countries were analyzed and compared; addition, by comparing the previoussection on tourism and foreign legal system, summarized the shortcomings of China’stourism law; Finally, according to China’s relevant laws and regulations of thetourism industry existing problems, propose improve recommendations.
