Guizhou is a typical Karst region. Soil in the Karst area is very thin andrelatively poor, which seriously restricts the development of industry and severelylimits the increase of income to local residents.At the same time, the fragileecological environment is also very easy to made worse by residents excessiveextraction. Ecological immigrant project is an important measure for the governmentto solve problems of survival and development. Finally we can reach the purpose ofprotecting environment. In this paper, writer uses the structured questionnaires anddepth interviewing methods, current situation, causes of the immigration of newresidential points of social psychology, to adjust the attitude of the tentativemeasures. From the study,writer finds that immigrants moving to the Qingshangnew site have not adapted the new life. The immigrants lack of strong sense ofbelonging, low life satisfaction, negative attitude, pessimistic attitude and confusion,they also lack of confidence to lead future lives. This research surveys that usinguseful ideas and methods to help immigrants to change attitude adjustment,vigorously develop education, related to the implementation of social securitysystem, to help immigrants have new living condition. Effective measures should betaken to improve the living conditions of the immigrants.
