Investigation On Social Adaptability Of Relocated Farmers For Poverty Alleviation In Kaili City

As one of the "five batch" targeted poverty alleviation projects,the relocation project for poverty alleviation is an important means to win the battle against poverty.At present,the 1.92 million relocated people in Guizhou Province have all relocated,realizing the arduous historical task of "moving out".At present,with the completion of poverty alleviation and relocation in other places,Guizhou Province has also completed a great victory in the battle against poverty as scheduled.At present,the follow-up support and related work is the focus of the relocation policy.Whether immigrants can adapt to the new environment and new life is related to whether immigrants can achieve "stability and prosperity",and more importantly,to the realization process of the "two centenary" goals of our party and country.The social adaptation of immigrants is a process of re socialization.This paper finds out the factors that affect the social adaptation of immigrants through the field investigation of the relocated farmers in Kaili city.At the same time,it puts forward relatively targeted suggestions for the plight of the relocated farmers in the social adaptation summarized through the investigation,so as to complete the follow-up support work for the relocation of the relocated farmers in the relocation of poverty alleviation with higher quality,Realize "stability and prosperity".The practice of poverty alleviation and relocation in other places has long existed,and the social adaptation of such policy oriented large-scale migrant farmers can refer to the research on the social adaptation of early Three Gorges migrants in China.In this paper,the social adaptation of the relocated poor immigrants is summarized as psychological adaptation,life adaptation and economic adaptation.On this basis,the indicator of development ability is established to measure whether the immigrants have obtained the ability of sustainable development after entering the resettlement site,and the analysis is carried out from these four aspects.At the same time,according to the space theory,the relocation of ex situ poverty alleviation has changed the living space and public space of immigrants,and thus changed the political identity of immigrants,so as to empirically study the factors that affect the social adaptability of immigrants.The study found that the psychological adaptation of immigrants after relocation is good,but there are some problems in life adaptation,economic adaptation and development ability.For example,there are some problems,such as few employment opportunities for immigrants,employment training can not meet the needs of immigrants,low income and consumption levels,and the social support network has not been fully restored.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects: the government level,the immigrant community and the immigrant individual.
