Research On The Construction Of County Government Information Management Ability Based On Information Processing

This thesis mainly proceeds from angle of government’s information managerial ability construction, according to the research of the process of information management, analysis the goal, content and the way to propose information managerial ability construction of county government, and discusses the evaluation in government’s information managerial ability. This thesis is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the study origins, the meaning and purpose studied; The second part on the basis of the process of information management, resolve to government’s information managerial ability construction object, analyses the composition of government’s information managerial ability, and divide the information managerial ability of county government into four parts:gathering ability, transmission ability, analyzing ability and application ability; The third part analyses the current situation and problems of government’s information managerial ability. The fourth part is core of this thesis and key part, proposes the concrete content of government’s information managerial ability construction and concrete way; The fifth part on the basis of preceding paragraphs, proposes the development of power and prospects the future vision of the information managerial ability of county government.
