Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Government Information Management At County Level Government In China

In the rapid development of information technology age, government information is still the important carrier of communication. It is an effective means for leaders at all levels to grasp the situation and guide the work of the leadership. It is still the barometer of public feeling, which can be used as a "warning device" to deal with all kinds of government affairs. With the in-depth development of the service type government, government information’s important role has received increasing attention. What has been the center of improving the information service work is to search much important information from multi-angles for the leaders. County government is the minimum unit of the functions and mechanism of complete national administrative system, which plays an important role in the information management work. But in the county level, government information management work still exist many problems, which restrict the development of government information management work.In this paper, to start with the analysis of the present situation of research on information work at home and abroad, it elaborates the research goal and the significance. Taking Danfeng County government information management for an example, this paper will use the theory of information and public management to carry on the systematic analysis of the information management situation of county-level government. From two aspects of people and the quality of information, to find out the government information work personnel widespread government information management in county level quantity is not enough, lack of professional ability, the source of information is less, and report it to the quality imbalance, information content is not comprehensive and deep information less, long editing serious five problems. Then, it deeply analyses the cause of the problem form seven aspects which are the degree of value, the working system for information work,training, network construction, management system,service idea and adoption. Finally, it pasts forward strategies and measures from two aspects to strengthen system construction and team construction. Its aim is to provide reference for perfecting and improving the government information management at the county level.
