The Study On The Ideological And Political Education Of Youth Police In Grass-root Units

Young police is an important force in the first l ine by public security organs at the local level.In the new period of co-construction and sharing of a harmonious society, public security situation is still very serious and the public security work is still a difficult task. Young police ’ s active-mind and stronger personality characteristics of the public security in the new period put forward a new topic and challenge to police ideological and political education. In view of a variety of new situations and new contradictions and new problems in the present ideological and political work of young police of the public security organs,we should make deeply analysis and grasp their basic state of mind firstly, then do more detailed research on the problems existing in the current ideological and political work of the police and its reasons.In this paper, henan zhoukou region as an example, through visiting survey and analysis of young police state of mind, the present situation and existing problems of ideological and political education, adhere to the theo ry with practice,and put forward to the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen and improve police ideological and political education work. The administrative department of the public security organ at various levels shall accurately grasp the pulse of the thought of the youth in the new period public security police, carry on the ideological and political education that should be targeted to young public security police of the public security organs at the grass-roots level and improve the youth ide ological and political quality of policemen in order to give full play to the youth the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of police work to improve the whole quality of the young police of the public security organs at the grass-roots level and fighting capacity.
