Research On The Ideological And Political Education Of Civil Servants

Under the new situation in Reform, is beneficial to enhancing the comprehensive ability of civil servants, to improve the government administrative efficiency, to promote the reform process of reform, to prospering China. However, for various reasons, the traditional ideological and political education of civil servants is difficult to adapt to the development requirements of the new situation, it’s imperative to achieve the implementation of civil servants of the ideological and political education to keep pace with the times, and solve the problems existing problems.This paper based on Marxism‐Leninism,Mao Zedong Thought,Deng xiao ping Theory,the thoughts of “Three Represents” and the demands of scientific development view as instruction,according to related subjects such as psychologu,law,leadership science,and the existing research results,through a intensive and comprehensive study to accomplish this paper of ideological an political education of civil servants.In this paper, firstly expatiates on the history of development, concept formation, including civilians political education connotation and concept formation, analyzed the civil servants quality requirements of Ideological and political education, ideological and political status of civil servants, and the significance, then points out the necessity to strengthen the ideological and political education of public servants; summing up the achievements of ideological and political education, finds the key factors that affected the development of Ideological and political education of civil servants, and analysis of existing problems; In the last part of the paper, take the existent problems of Ideological and political education as the breakthrough point, break through the limitations of views to explicit construction, combined with the reality situation in China, gives corresponding solutions in four aspects, such as strengthening the teaching environment and resources, improve the educational content and form, perfect the supervision and examination mechanism and maintaining close ties with the masses, and contact the actual work，making a detailed description of the measures to ensure the problems will be solved.
